Valerie Pitka is the founder and CEO of VLP Solutions, LLC, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Women-Owned small business based in Canandaigua, New York. A military veteran with over 20 years of combined active duty and reserve service, Valerie built her leadership foundation in high-accountability environments where clarity, adaptability, and mission focus were essential to success.

Today, through VLP Solutions, she helps organizations strengthen leadership capability, accelerate onboarding, and successfully navigate change. With more than 15 years of experience in project leadership, organizational development, and executive coaching, Valerie has partnered with public agencies, higher education institutions, and private companies to design and deliver practical, high-impact training and workforce development programs.
